We at ShopQZR are grateful for your business and continually seek to exceed the expectations of our customers by simply doing the right thing at each opportunity. Our representatives can be contacted in the chat menu or by email. We want to ensure that your experience with our team is hassle-free and enjoyable and that you are completely satisfied with our products and service. If we fail to meet your expectations on any occasion or in any manner, we want to know and ask that you please contact our customer service department immediately.

The store policies below help to ensure we have properly set expectations and provide additional useful information. 

Privacy & Safety

At ShopQZR, your privacy really is a priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times and in all situations. The information we collect about you when you become a member is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site. Our site uses a 128 bit encrypted SSL to increase the security of our customer's information. Although we cannot guarantee complete security on stored information, we have installed and applied our encrypted pages and installed our SSL certificate to prevent information from being hijacked or stolen. We don't store any payment information, everything is stored with our transaction services.

Wholesale Inquiries

If your business wants to stock ShopQZR / TeamQazer products please contact our representatives by email with a full order list and we will give you a quote. If you are ordering in bulk then the products will be discounted depending on the number of products ordered. Contact: wholesale@shopqzr.ca

Shipping Policy

The shipping prices will vary depending on what product/shipping plan you have ordered. After you have paid for the product it will take up to 2-7 business days to get fulfilled by our providers and put into shipping. Once in shipping, we will update you with the tracking number by email, text, PayPal, or through your ShopQZR account. We ship internationally right to your door and we will make sure you are satisfied with your product. The free shipping offer is only if you live in the United States (US). If you have ordered something and you are not satisfied with the product please read the Return & Exchange Policy for more information.

Return & Exchange Policy

To return a product that you have purchased from TeamQazer or ShopQZR make sure to meet all the requirements. The product packaging seal hasn't been opened (the bag), the product hasn't been used/worn, the product barcode and shipping slip are intact, and the product box is intact. Once you have done that please fill out the return form by clicking HERE. Make sure to fill out everything correctly.

 

Online Gift Card Policy

Each Gift cards is online only and can be redeemed to personal ShopQZR accounts, not business or corporate accounts. If you don't have a personal account, visit the Qazer login page to sign up. Each Gift card comes with 500 points ($5) for our website. Gift cards can only be redeemed at shopqzr.ca and teamqazer.ca . You can't use a gift card to purchase "Qazer Mystery Box" subscriptions or any other subscriptions. Gift cards are non-refundable. each Gift card lasts for 730.5 days (2 years) after that it will be ineligible for redemption.

ShopQZR accepts many lots of payment methods such as, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, ChinaUnionPay, JBC, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Electron, Maestro, and Bitcoin transactions. Payments are all processed with 128 bit encrypted SSL to increase the security of our customer's information and your info is secured by their servers. How ever if you pick PayPal it is processed with their servers that also have SSL protections.
